We Have A Winner, Ladies and Gents!

As disappointing as this year's final two was, finale night is always exciting. Especially at my house. I always hold an annual finale night costume party, where we dress as houseguests. The numbers in attendance dwindles every year, but it's always fun, and tonight was no exception. Of course, your's truly played the part of Janelle, while Marcellas, Erika, and Boogie were all also in attendance. Sorry, no pics, my camera was acting up. Anyway, I guess I should start out from the beginning? The farthest back I can remember is when Janelle showed up to sequester for the debate and final two questioning session. She arrived in a short red dress and America's Choice tiara, how else? And she was all over Will, obviously oblivious to his current feelings. But I actually really enjoyed the debate. Although, it was definitly edited in Erika's favor, despite Janelle's overbearing opinions. The questioning was a little boring, but I liked Marcellas' question: What move do you think got you to the final two? He didn't impose his views into the question, and it was really open ended. And it was probably the only question that they both gave genuine answers to.

Next, the jury entered the live show. Janelle was wearing the same dress as she did to sequester, only in black, and Howie had obviously dyed his hair during the interim between questioning and tonight. (By the way: did anyone see April sitting in the audience? I love her, no matter how much I hated her last summer.) We also got to see the first five evicted houseguests. It's amazing how appearances change in, what, six weeks? Nakomis suddenly has short, choppy hair, Alison has extensions, and Diane has a mullet. But of course, Kaysar looked as sexy as ever. God, I want him so bad. Haha, it's so true, though. Anyway, it was painful when Janie had to watch James talking shit on her. And Kaysar looked really nervous when he told her. You could see her eyes get glassy, but she brushed it off her shoulder. I have to admit, Jase and Diane's "Brrring! Brrring!" skit was hilarious. Even though their alliance sucked. But I do have to give them credit, because I was definitly cracking up. And then Alison...oh, Alison! How heart-wrenching was that? I wanted to cry for Erika, I really did. But for some reason, she just sat there and said, "You know, we played each other." What? Just get mad, for once! Cry! Make him feel like the asshole he really is! Show some emotion, and let us know that you're human! She deserved to be able to sit there and act shocked and hurt. We wouldn't have made fun of her, or at least I certainly wouldn't have. I just wish she would have let Mike know that he's a dick. His "Girls, Don't Date Him" profile just doesn't do justice to the ass that he is.

So, it came down to the keys. And I was convinced Erika was taking the money. I was sure that at least Howie, Danielle, and Marcellas would vote for her. And I even thought George would jump in. But, wow...she got one vote. It was disappointing. You could see who's finger prints were all over that, and how they let him work them, even in SEQUESTER, who even knows? He must be incredibly charming in person or something, because sitting at home, I can give him credit, I can laugh, I can even root for him, but I am not convinced. And I can't imagine letting Will control my game...ever. The only person that wasn't blinded in that house was Kaysar, but the guy didn't even make it to sequester, which is a damn shame. If anyone should have won that game, it was him. Anyway, you live and you learn, and damnit! Janelle won $25,000! Who saw that coming? ;) Everyone...

It was real, it was good, it was REAL GOOD. So, until next year...get to steppin'!

Week 9: Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy??!!

I'm so depressed, I don't even feeling like writing about this episode. How can I talk about my feelings for the entire show when we all know where it's leading? Let's just throw it out there. Get it over with. Janelle was evicted. I'm just going to start out by saying, too bad so sad. I'm not going to say the second competition was unfair, or that BB is rigged and loves Boogie. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I think he's lucky. That's it. And I think it sucks if he takes the money, because he doesn't deserve it. Period. This final two is the lamest I've ever seen. Lamer than Ivette and Maggie. I don't care what anybody says, the fact that they are both there does not make them good players. They don't deserve it. I'm just so upset about this. Janelle shouldn't have gone out third. She shouldn't have. No if's, and's, or but's. And this isn't a Janelle fan talking, it's a Big Brother expert. She deserves that money. And I don't think Erika or Boogie deserve her vote. Maybe I sound a little harsh and upset right now, but it just shouldn't have happened this way. And I can't even sit here and say, "But I gotta give it to them, they made it to the final two and she didn't." I can't even say that, because she didn't deserve to leave. And neither of them are all-stars. A real all star should have won this game. If Will won it, I would be OK. If Kaysar won it, I would be OK. If Janelle won it, I would be OK. If Danielle won it, I would be OK. It's not even about being a fan here, it's about who is a real all-star, and neither Erika nor Boogie fit that description. End of story.

Week 9: Kill Chill Volume 1

I was waiting for a sequester update, and it was better than I ever could have imagined. Who'da thunk it would take until sequester for Hurricane Howie to come out? It was so exciting, I was upset they cut it short. At first I thought George was going to get out of control, but Howie was getting a little ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, I loved every second of it, but I'd be out of line to say Howie was right. He absolutely had every right to be upset over the situation, and feeling good about karma biting George in the ass, but honestly--grow up. George, too. For once I agree with James, they are both little boys. But I still feel bad for Howie, probably only because I'm such a huge S6 fan. I mean, he's all alone in that house. Everyone there hates him. Not that I don't blame him, he is completely rude and obnoxious during the competition viewings, but I'm sure How How is lonely! Whatever, I don't care how inappropriate my S6-ers act, I will always be a loyal fan. :)

Oh. My. God. There has been no happier moment in Big Brother history for me than the moment Erika decided to sell out Chilltown and tell Janelle what's up. Excuse me, I have to go squeal...EEEEEEEKKKKK! This is the moment we've all been waiting for! I loved it when Janelle said, "Did they tell you you were a part of Chilltown?" And Erika goes, "YES!" And then they did the flashbacks of Will using the same lines over and over again, like he always does (note: check out some BB2 clips on YouTube and see Will use the same jokes in the DR as he did this season). It was so awesome. As happy as I was, I still had my doubts. Will is such a manipulator, so anything could have happened...NOT! "I've made alot of mistakes this summer, and as of now, I'm done making mistakes. That's why I vote to evict you, Will." I had, like, a Big Brother relief orgasm. You know what I'm talking about? I know you all had one, too. Your lungs are filled with air, your mouth is squeezed shut, your hands are in fists, all of your muscles are tense, and you're kind of sitting up really high on your seat. And then she says, "...Will," and you just, like, collapse into a puddle of relief. Will was expecting it, Boogie was surprised. Surprised? I'm sorry, fucking flabbergasted. I couldn't have been happier watching his gaping mouth and lifeless eyes. I'm sick. I know. But I'd have it no other way ;)

The endurance competition was a big disappointment. Is anybody else noticing how the houseguests have ruined all of the exciting things about this season? They ruined the prom queen thing, because Janelle couldn't even compete in HoH. They ruined Coup D'Etat, because Boogie is directionally challenged. They ruined Big Brother Overdrive because they couldn't just act surprised. And now they've ruined the last endurance HoH. I am so happy Boogie is pissed. I hope he's pissed the whole next two days so nobody wants to take him to F2. He's so arrogant, too. "Hey, Julie! Remember Richard Hatch? They both have to take me." Um, sure. Nobody has to take him. And nobody will. Thank God for that. And his idiot move shocked Janelle and she took her hand off of the key. Well, Erika, congratulations. That was an easy win. I was thinking I'd have to sit on the internet all night to read updates, but your idiot housemates saved my time. Awesome! It's good to know Boogie's going home on Thursday...
